Spiral Coil Design:
Our coils are designed with longitudinal oil ducts that provide very good heat dissipation, low magnetic leakage, and high mechanical strength. This greatly improves the withstanding capacity of the transformer against short circuits.
High-Efficiency Core:
The iron core uses stacked silicon steel sheets (less than 0.35mm thick) with high magnetic conductivity. This reduces no-load losses and current, improving efficiency.
High-Quality Insulation:

Transformer Oil:

Manufactured from superior cold-rolled steel, our corrugated oil tanks are treated for durability and coated with three-proof paint-rainproof, moisture-proof, and salt spray-proof-increasing reliability and reducing maintenance costs.
Reliable Seals:
We use high-quality rubber seals to effectively prevent oil leakage and keep out external air, slowing the aging process and ensuring the transformer’s performance.
Applications of Transformer Windings
Voltage or Current Adjustment: Transformers can step-up and step-down voltage or current in an AC circuit.
Impedance Control: Can adjust the values of capacitors, inductors, or resistors in an AC circuit.
DC Isolation: DC voltage cannot pass between circuits through a transformer.
Electrical Isolation: It keeps two circuits electrically apart, thus ensuring safety while operating them.
